The Warehouse Team Member is responsible to move donated goods/salvaged, new goods and other items for retail agency operations. Moves donated items from the staging area to the appropriate storage area. Performs baling operations for salvaged textiles, as required. Subscribes to and promotes ABVI-Goodwills mission, vision and values. Functions as an active Retail Warehouse employee team member to achieve agency and department goals. Competencies needed to be successful in this job include: an action orientation, ability to deal with ambiguity, strong customer focus, critical thinking, timely decision making, interpersonal savvy, organizational agility and strong analytical skills. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license is required. Previous forklift experience preferred
