Practice Report: The Miniguide: A New Electronic Travel DeviceSince Practice Reports do not have abstracts, we have provided an extract of the beginning of the full text. The Miniguide is a new electronic travel device (ETD) that assists people in moving about in a range of environments. Its development has filled the gap left by the demise of the Mowat Sensor, a popular ETD of the past 20 years (Blasch, Long, & Griffin-Shirley, 1989) that is no longer being produced.
