OIS Seeking Intern to Help Manage Section 508/Accessibility Lab The Office of Information Services (OIS) is seeking an energetic and resourceful visually impaired student to manage its 508/Accessibility Lab. Attorney General Eric Holder Issues Department-wide Call to Hire and Promote Persons with Targeted Disabilities Attorney General Eric Holder, head of the U.S. Department of Justice, issues Department-wide call to hire and promote persons with targeted disabilities to be hired to fill positions for which they qualify within the various Department components. Free Online Transition to Employment Program Youth who are blind or visually impaired often have difficulty finding employment, and MSU wants to help by providing a free online program that specifically focuses on identifying the right job for you and the steps to take to find that job. The program will last 8 weeks, beginning in the Fall of 2009 or the Winter of 2010. New IRS Hiring Initiative for People with Disabilities The IRS is currently recruiting individuals with disabilities for Revenue Agents, Revenue Officers, and Tax Compliance Officers nationwide.
