Families Connecting with Families Conference

The 2009 Families Connecting with Families International Conference, co-sponsored by NAPVI, Junior Blind of America, and The Braille Institute, was held from July 17-19 in Costa Mesa, California. This biannual conference is designed to meet many goals that support the growth and lifelong skills needed by children and youth with visual impairments. It covers all aspects of raising and educating a child with a visual impairment. Join us again in 2011 for outstanding panel discussions and workshops targeting families, infants and toddlers, school children, and youth to age 22 years. Take advantage of the many opportunities to meet and learn from other families and professionals.
