About JVIBThe Journal of Visual Impairment & Blindness is the international, interdisciplinary journal of record on blindness and visual impairment that publishes scholarship and information and serves as a forum for the exchange of ideas, airing of controversies, and discussion of issues. Opinions expressed in signed articles are those of the author(s); likewise, any advertisement is the responsibility of the advertiser. Individual and institutional subscribers receive the online format as part of their print subscription. Subscribers outside the United States should remit an additional $30 per year for postage. Airmail postage for the print edition is $60 per year. Single copies of special issues are $25 plus $5 for postage; international customers pay the cost of postage.
