National Agenda for EducationThe National Agenda for the Education of Children and Youths with Visual Impairments, Including Those with Multiple Disabilities, RevisedThe National Agenda is a groundbreaking, historical statement of consensus in the field about how educational programs must change to meet the needs of students who are blind or visually impaired, including those with multiple disabilities. The tenth anniversary of the National Agenda was in 2003. At that time, the members of the National Agenda Steering Committee reevaluated the goals and strategies and the progress towards them and added two new goals, as well as strategies for organized groups to achieve them.
