It's Easier than You Think: Workers with Vision Loss Benefit EmployersHiring and retaining workers who are blind or visually impaired is good business, plain and simple, and it is easier to do than you might think. As employers consider diversifying their workforce when recruiting new employees or promoting existing staff, more and more are giving closer attention to this particular segment of the workforce. Looking at this population, employers are discovering a wealth of potential and learning that hiring from this job pool can be good for business as clients and customers appreciate how it reflects the makeup of the communities in which they live.
