The successful candidate will have gravitas and the ability to influence clients and candidates; they are a connected professional and an expert within their industry, i.e., market research, technology, sports and entertainment, etc. (S)he will be responsible for developing new business as well as run their recruitment practice. The ideal candidate is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment; they are sophisticated and maintain a laser focus on consulting and selling.
Responsibilities:
- Calling C-Level decision makers and get retained searches
- Think Strategically and quickly on their feet
- Demonstrated ability to generate business while consistently delivering impeccable client service
- Has excellent follow up skills
- Identifying and talking with potential candidates
- Negotiate candidate/client salary packages
Attributes:
- Great listener and a persuasive sales consultant
- Proven ability to consult at the C-Level
- Strong network within an area of expertise, i.e. market research, technology, etc.
- Has gravitas
- Collaborative
Compensation: Tremendous upside, no cap—to be discussed
