Requirements

Responsible for providing first class customer service for claimants and general information for the public and/or processing initial claims filed online.

Explain points of law and reasons for determination regarding eligibility for assistance benefits.

Research and explain the assistance program at the request of the callers and direct them to the appropriate place to file a claim.

Previous experience in call center environment needed.

Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications

One plus years working as a call center professional with high volume calls

High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Must have and maintain a professional demeanor when assisting customers on the phone.
