LC Industries, a multi-site manufacturing, distribution, retail and E-Commerce Company is seeking a Director of BSC Sales to join our team.


Job Description: Responsible for planning and executing sales growth strategy for LCI BSC sales, including managing BSC Account Managers, training and mentoring Customer Care Coordinators, assisting BSC management to attain financial goals and other areas as designated by VP of Retail Operations. Responsible for Base Supply Store sales strategy and overall growth of BSC sales channel. Responsible to recruit, train and manage the BSC Account Manager team, including development of annual sales goals and performance to goal on a regular basis. Train and develop Customer Care Coordinators and BSC managers on sales techniques to assist these employees to be more confident and skilled in sales growth. Work with VP Retail Operations, BSC Regional Manager, BSC Account Managers, BSC Store Managers and LCI Vendors to secure large contract and/or BPA opportunities by targeting areas for sales growth and executing a sales strategy. Meet regularly with Base Contracting and other high level base program managers to perform needs assessment and identify growth areas. Work with VP of Retail Operations and Regional Manager of Retail Operations to develop Base Supply Center Standard Operating Sales Procedures. Conduct reviews to assure full compliance and determine necessary corrective actions. Work with Director of Purchasing/Pricing and VP Retail Operations to target key vendors for growth opportunities. Engage Vendor Management and local Vendor sales teams to develop key growth opportunities. Assign 90 day rocks to BSC Account Managers in line with BSC sales strategy. Work with VP Retail Operations and LCI IT department to implement a CRM strategy that uses BSC sales data as a sales and marketing tool to drive customer engagement and sales growth

Responsibilities: Manage BSC Account Managers. Communication with vendors, base contracting, Base Supply Center staff, Regional Manager of Retail. Intermittent, with quarterly goals and quarterly performance reviews. College Graduate preferred; some formal sales training also preferred. Sales management including goal setting, territory management and sales training. Prefer some Retail sales knowledge and knowledge of FAR and other Government regulations. Knowledge and practice of Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM software. Five years sales management experience, preferably in a military or federal government environment. Some retail sales experience preferred. 75% of the time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand; walk; use hands.
