POSITION SUMMARY:
Operates assigned machines (of MO-I class); rotates (floats) through assigned product lines (on regular basis) performing tasks of either machine operator I or assembler/packer (as assigned).

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Operates assigned production machines in MO-1 designation
2.Performs all stages of product assembly and product packing as assigned
3.Rotates through various tasks required for a particular production process and serves as back up as needed
4.Performs quality spot checks on assigned product or components
5.Works as part of a team in all aspects
6.Performs other duties, as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Preference given to legally-blind applicants
2.Ability to perform hand assembly tasks
3.Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time (8 – 10 hours/day)
4.Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs.
5.Must work as a team and work well with others
