Statement of Purpose

Provides administrative support to the Director, Administration & Agency Support Services by helping to effectively establish guidelines and new NIB HQ, administer financial programs, and analyze and ensure efficiency in other areas under administrative services oversight.


Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college required. An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

Strong planning and project management with an ability to prioritize assignments
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Five (5) years of experience in administrative and reporting activities with highly developed communication skills. Must be detail oriented and highly organized, demonstrate initiative, self-assurance and be able to interpret, correct and verify tasks and own work.



Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Compiles, interprets and prepares reports as needed.
Grant management
Assist in grant program reviews and modifications
Daily grant administration for the full life cycle – from accepting requests to mailing reimbursement checks to the agencies
Loan management – track loan life cycle, facilitates administration of requests and subsequent drafting of analysis, promissory note and other loan aspects
Financial incentive management – data collection and analysis, report preparation and verification, program review and updates
Compiles information and completes forms necessary for corporate insurance management and renewals
Administers certificate of insurance requests
Compiles data and assists with preparation and reporting of mission metrics and performance objectives
Assists with various aspects of facilities – running reports, providing analysis, coordinating with property management and vendors, updating floor plans and facilitating onboarding and office moves
Agency Performance monitoring – Responsible for day-to-day aspects of gathering necessary information and running monthly reports monitoring NPA performance (financial, operational, organizational, etc.)
Assists in administering various aspects of NIB HQ construction project, including but not limited to reviewing and tracking contracts and changes, coordinating with vendors and various teams, reviewing invoices and tracking budgets
Provides assistance in drafting and reviewing various administrative policies
