Position located in Menomonee Falls, WI. We will pay relocation assistance for this position for individuals outside the Milwaukee/Menomonee Falls Area!

JOB SUMMARY: Manages raw material, inspecting for quality and assembling kits, including packaging. Operates machines as needed.

•Uses visual standards in combination with the shop order to inspect products ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
•Attention to detail to place correct items in assigned space in the tool kit.
•Requests additional raw materials as needed prior to complete depletion of such materials.
•Prepares and packs finished goods for shipping.
•Moves palletized material when necessary.
•Maintains a clean work area.
•Seeks assistance from Production Manager when needed.
•Performs other duties as directed.

Qualifications- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

•Can effectively load parts into a kit and monitor for accuracy.
•Ability to determine when raw materials are the correct items for any given shop order.
•Efficiently moves raw materials, and finished goods to the proper areas.
•Basic math skills are essential.
•Must be able to read and write.

•Sitting and standing for long periods of time
•Bending, stooping, turning, twisting, kneeling, and pushing and pulling.
•Lifting up to 50 lbs.
•Must be able to move pallets of finished goods when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits: Base salary. Benefits include: Vacation time, discretionary bonus, health insurance, dental, life insurance and a 403B retirement plan with company match.
