Brief Description
Idaho's Infant Toddler Program (ITP) coordinates a system of early intervention services to assist Idaho children birth to three years of age who have a developmental delay or who have conditions (such as prematurity, Down Syndrome, hearing loss) that may result in a developmental delay.

- Early Intervention/Infant Services
- Lead agency for Idaho's early intervention system as required under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Provides a variety of therapeutic, educational and supportive services to help both the child and his or her family.

- Operates the 2-1-1 Idaho CareLine information, Idaho's only statewide, comprehensive community information and referral service dedicated to providing easy-to-use, caring, professional guidance to a comprehensive range of low cost or free health and human services to the people of Idaho.
