Hours of operation: Mon.-Fri. 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Geographic area served: Adams, Centre, Clinton, Franklin, Huntingdon, Juniata, Mifflin, Tioga, Warren and all other counties in western Pennsylvania. Braille readers receive service from Philadelphia.
