NCDB has the largest collection of information related to deaf-blindness worldwide. Project specialists makes this extensive resource available in response to direct requests, via the NCDB web site, through conferences and a variety of electronic medium.

Hours of operation: Mon.-Fri. 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST.

Services Offered

Services for Adults

  • Information and Referral
    • Identifies, coordinates, and disseminates (at no cost) information related to children and youths who are deaf-blind (ages 0 to 21 years).

Services for Professionals

  • Consultation/Technical Program Assistance
    • Provides technical assistance (TA) and support to assist state deaf-blind projects in the implementation of IDEA and evidenced-based practices.
