  • Early Intervention/Infant Services
    • Lead agency for New Mexico's early intervention system as required under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

      Provides early intervention services that promote the capacity of parents and other caregivers in the child's life (such as childcare workers, other family members etc.) to support the child's development.
  • Health
    • Provides health and medical services as required under IDEA Part C for diagnostic purposes.
  • Support for Parents
    • Offers family education, counseling, and home visits.
