Brief Description

Provides audio transcription services on demand for persons requiring written materials transcribed into MP3 digital or DAISY format for CD play; will mail recordings if patron is unable to pick-up.

Hours of operation: Monday and Tuesday. 9:30 AM-7:00 PM; Wednesday to Friday. 9:30 AM-5:00 PM.

Services for Adults

  • Braille/Electronic/Audio/Large Print Production
    • We record print material onto CD for people who have trouble reading because of blindness, low vision, learning or motor disabilities. Academic work for students attending a recognized Ontario educational institution is covered by a contract with the Ontario Ministry of Education (there is no cost to the student). All other material is read and recorded at no cost to local print-disabled individuals (time permitting). Agencies and businesses subject to a cost per project (please contact us for a quote).
