Services Offered

Services for Adults

  • Employment/Job Training
    • In partnership with the National Youth Transitions Center, created an online resource for people with disabilities, ages 17-30. In the My Life program, UCP will explore transition issues including employment, housing, exploring higher education, etc.

Services for Children

  • Employment/Job Training
    • In partnership with the National Youth Transitions Center, created an online resource for people with disabilities, ages 17-30. In the My Life program, UCP will explore transition issues including employment, housing, exploring higher education, etc.
  • Information and Referral
    • Maintains My Child Without Limits, an authoritative early intervention, online resource and community for families of young children ages 0-5 with developmental delays or disabilities, and professionals looking for a single, trusted, aggregate source of information that relates to their needs and interests.

      Provides information and resources on numerous medical conditions such as genetic diseases, autism, cancer, cerebral palsy, ADD and many more.
  • Support Groups
    • Siblings Program provides information, resources and support to siblings of individuals with disabilities and will add research to the field of family roles and interactions within the disabilities space.
