Brief Description

The University of Nebraska--Lincoln has graduate level programs which prepares individuals to be outstanding teachers of students with visual impairments (TVIs). We are a hybrid program with courses offered online in the Fall and Spring. Students have to opportunity to engage face-to-face with colleagues and children for one to two weeks each summer. Students can attend the program part time while continuing to work full time, or there is an option for students to attend full time.

Staff description: Dr. Mackenzie Savaiano coordinates the specialization in Visual Impairment at UNL and advises all students in the program.
Geographic area served: While we are committed to serving the Midwest, we are an online program and welcome students from all locations.
