A high resolution printer-ready PDF with crop marks of your acknowledgment and/or logo must be submitted by May 15, 2015 via email to: swilliams@afb.net.

AFB is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent of the law. The fair market value of each dinner ticket is $235.

Blind since infancy, he has jammed with Count Basie, played piano at the White House, and organ at the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris, among many other memorable gigs.
