Narrative: The figure is a flowchart that illustrates the steps to "success through mutual accommodation." The figure is set up like a pyramid. The left side represents the employee's role, and the right side the employer's role. Step one is at the base of the pyramid, and the final step is at the apex. A box in the middle has the following text: Goal is mutual accommodation. Acknowledge and respect differences regardless of whether they add value. Step 1. Employee: Your comfort is contagious. Employer: Core values flow from the top down. Step 2. Employee: Blindness competencies. Employer: Fill the toolbox. Step 3. Employee: Be an ambassador. Employer: Accessibility and accommodations. Step 4. Employee: Positive attitude. Employer: Attitude counts. Step 5. Employee: Work etiquette. Employer: Words speak as loud as actions. Step 6.
