Predictors of Job-Seeking Behavior Among Persons with Visual Impairments


Abstract:  This follow-up study of 60 nonworking persons with visual impairments who contacted a vision rehabilitation agency for vocational placement services over a five-year period found that the absence of other health or physical conditions and being unemployed one year or less were significant predictors of job-seeking behavior.
