Macular degeneration wet in one dry in other get injections in wet lost some tissue in dry eye I'm scared to death of not seeing please help me to cope

Macular in both eyes dry and wet get injections in one the other I have lost some tissue scared to death of going blind please help me cope with this devasting news I've been takeing AREDS for about 5 or 6 yrs
