Need to obtain a Rigid white cane (one-piece)

Hi, everybody! I need to obtain a rigid white cane but don't know of a place that will send rigid canes out for free. Can anyone help?

Have you tried your state agency for the blind or any private blindness agencies near you? Both Maxiaids.com and independentliving.com sell rigid canes and they aren’t expensive so perhaps one of these agencies would be able to help you.

I have tried VR and other agencies but no luck yet. My problem is I walk fast but am 5 feet 1 inch so having a cane at least 60 inches long is nice. I don't know if rigid canes are made that long.
