Court Reporting CAT Software / Dvorak Keyboard Glitches

Dear Forum: I am attempting to reach any blind court reporter on this website. I have several CAT software questions. I also wonder how a blind court reporter reads back in a court room what she has or he has just stenographically captured?
On the Dvorak note: I have found problems with Jaws and drivers for my Dvorak keyboard. Has anyone ever heard of this situation. Dvorak re-arranges the keyboard layout from qwerty whose home row is asdfg hjkl;' to aoeui dhtns- I am trying to get assistance from Freedom Scientific but they seem to be in the dark here on this. I wonder if one can have a custom keyboard made that does not have switchability between qwerty and Dvorak-it's the switchability that seems to be at issue here. Thank you.
