How do I edit my posts and comments on this site?

Hi, I am wondering if I could edit my posts and comments on this site. I primarily want to remove my email address. If it is not possible to edit, then how would I go about deleting my account altogether? I would appreciate any suggestions or advice. Thank you.

AFB has repeatedly asked folks not to post your email addresses. I believe once your address has been posted, it is up there until AFB chooses to take your message off the message board.
