How do I find sites with these listings for rehabilitation teaching jobs. Are there any specific sites that list these nationwide?

You can join the Association for the Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired (AER), or check out their website at www.aerbvi.org -- they allow members to look at job postings and such. They also have list services (email lists) that persons will promote job openings. The Veteran's Administration (VA), also have jobs such as these that you can check out at www.usajobs.com.

Plus, you can check out the non-profit that represents most of the agencies that work with persons with visual impairments -- Vision Serve Alliance -- used to be under a different name. Plus, you can check your local agencies to find out what openings they have.

Do you attend conferences and such? I would suggest that if not, networking is a great way to get connected.
