cellphones for blind people

hey im paulina and like most of you im visually impaired. its really hard to use my phone. does anyone here know about a phone that reads everything out load for you? i herd of one but its really expensive i just want a normal phone that has that feature with it. if any of you know about one can you tell me where i can buy it and maybe how much?
