Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 7/28/2009 at 10:24 PM
HI guys it's Mimi from California. i haven't added a subject in a while, guess it's because I haven't had anything to ask or anything like that but i'd like to start a new conversation.
I haven't chatted with most of you here but i'm a 23 year old psychology major who is a senior in college and just loving it.
Please talk here about anything really, yourselves, life, likes, anything.
Mimi

Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/28/2009 at 10:26 PMHi Mimi. I'm having so much trouble with myspace right now, and I don't know how to fix it. So I'm just going to talk on here because I can't use myspace anymore.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 7/28/2009 at 10:30 PMWhat i think your problem is that you are getting asked for a capcha which is a little picture with numbers and letters, you need to ask a sighted person to help because they don't have audible capchas on myspace.
also, how are you using it if your braille note doesn't have those capabilities?
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/28/2009 at 10:35 PMI have been using the mobile version but I haven't been having much luck. I tried having a sighted person do it, but when she went on she didn't have any trouble.

Posted by msk5 on 7/28/2009 at 10:38 PMhi mimi!!! im jillian :) i love dance!!!! i just started dance practice again and its amazing! we learned a super hard lyrical routine today and its sooooo much fun!!! what do you like to do?
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 7/28/2009 at 10:45 PMsarah, it's because she has too sign on from where you are signing on and do it there. i know it sounds weird but it's true. or, you gotta give it a few days to clear up it's little attitude and try it again, myspace can have a little attitude sometimes so to speak haha.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 7/28/2009 at 10:47 PMJillian:
Ooh dancing, i love it but I am so self conscious about it. i'm a little better at singing but not by much haha.
I dance at clubs with my friends when I'm feeling good but other than that I have no skill.
for fun I like to hang out with friends, go on the net, play with my baby nephew or other little kids, cook, bake, sing, I'm a huge music junkie.
Feel free to ask me anything you want.
Mimi
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/28/2009 at 10:51 PMThanks Mimi. I will have her use her cell phone, because she tried using her computer and couldn't get on from where I was at.

Posted by ROCKSTAR! on 7/30/2009 at 12:38 AMHey, what up homies? Hows the summer going so far with the killer heat? I've decided to start riding a little red waggon around town trying to find a date, any suggestions? lol.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/30/2009 at 1:07 AMMy summer has been lots of fun, a lot of theme parks. I don't know how facebook will work with my braillenote. I like myspace because you can set it so there are no captchas.
Re:Miss adding subjects

Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by ROCKSTAR! on 7/30/2009 at 1:20 AMI don't have a myspace any more sarah.

Aiming, you've known me for five years and when have I never gottenn the party started! I swear, I don't know how it happens but most places I go the party follows me lol
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by ROCKSTAR! on 7/30/2009 at 1:24 AMtalking to who? Myspace has a lot of ways to talk
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by ROCKSTAR! on 7/30/2009 at 1:26 AMthat's true aim is cool, and you are the prime example of party. Talked to any cute girls lately mimi?
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/30/2009 at 1:26 AMI don't have very many people to talk to on myspace. I need more people to talk to on there.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 7/30/2009 at 1:29 AMAiming, you know i'm not a good judge of cute girls, i am however an excellent judge of guys haha.
Ooh prime example of party, i like it! no wonder Puke hated me from OCB lol
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by ROCKSTAR! on 7/30/2009 at 1:32 AMso what is everyone's favorite thing to cool down with on a hot summer day?
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/30/2009 at 1:32 AMI wish I was old enough to party.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/30/2009 at 1:33 AMI love going swimming, but I don't have a pool.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by ROCKSTAR! on 7/30/2009 at 1:34 AMwhat do you mean, there's no age limit to party unless if you are at a club or something
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 7/30/2009 at 1:35 AMOf course, a drink from a place in miami called wet willies. it's sooo yummy! it's called a ninja turtle with strawberry, I believe you can get it nonalcoholic and alcoholic. the flavor is so good though.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/30/2009 at 1:39 AMNobody I know ever parties. I'm always sitting at home by myself if I'm not at an amusement park. There is never anyone here, and when there is they are always just sitting in front of the tv. Did you have an alcoholic or a nonalcoholic drink?
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by ROCKSTAR! on 7/30/2009 at 1:40 AMto party the first absolute is to get out of the house and go hang peoples
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/30/2009 at 1:43 AMNo one ever lets me get out of the house.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 7/30/2009 at 1:47 AMI had the alcoholic one but i am 23 and responsible enough not to overdo it. also, i have diabetes so i don't always drink sugary stuff.
I'm sure you'll be able to get out when you are older, remember, you are sixteen and parents and guardians are strict on you at that age.
Not to mention, i don't just go out with random people, my favorite party buddy is actually my brother who is two years older than I.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/30/2009 at 1:50 AMThat sounds fun! Did you get buzzed?
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by odicy on 7/30/2009 at 1:52 AMMy parents don't like me going any where ether. But sometimes I walk arround the neighborhood but then my parents get mad at me again.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 7/30/2009 at 1:53 AMNot off that one silly. I really don't encourage drinking.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/30/2009 at 1:57 AMYeah, I don't either. My mom would nver let me go on a walk by myself.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 7/30/2009 at 2:02 AMHonestly I don't geally go on walks alone myself cuz i have no vision and I kinda get lost easilyy when i'm not paying attention.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by ROCKSTAR! on 7/30/2009 at 2:07 AMyou poor things. I had a friend who was totally blind and didn't use a cane. I heard she would go out for walks like at 2 in the morning with a bf of hers.
I walk a lot. I guess I consider myself somewhat lucky that I do go out and walk sometimes (get after me mimi) and I've been trying to walk at the high school track which is close to my house. The streets are another story considering I've ran red lights and nearly gotten killed before, but that doesn't happen often just on a bad day. I've been enjoying walking the track in the morning when there's no trafic, no people, and its just me and the singing birds
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/30/2009 at 2:15 AMDo you have a guide dog?
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by ROCKSTAR! on 7/30/2009 at 2:16 AMI have a dog that guides me around the neighborhood when she wants to escape out of the yard and take off
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/30/2009 at 2:19 AMIs it a professionally trained dog or just a pet?
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 7/30/2009 at 2:24 AMI'm sorry aiming but i wouldn't be walking anywhere in cali at two Am.
and oh yeah, if you consider your dog a guide dog then my chihuahua is one too.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by ROCKSTAR! on 7/30/2009 at 2:27 AMno she's not a guide dog, she's an exercise run after me as fast as you can smarter than people type of dog
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/30/2009 at 2:56 AMThat's how my Boston Terrier is. She is the most hyper dog ever.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by odicy on 7/30/2009 at 3:40 AMOoooo I have a dog just like that. I was taking him for a walk around the yard once And I wasn't paying atintion and he ran me right into a tree.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/30/2009 at 4:02 AMMy dog isn't even leashed trained. She is too hyper and scared of leashes.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 7/30/2009 at 6:04 PMYou should see mine, she is a serious diva and she knows it. she has some serious issues with thinking she is the owner and we are the pets.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/30/2009 at 8:33 PMMy mom's dogs are the same way. They are the owners and she is the pet.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 7/30/2009 at 8:35 PMI wish we'd named her Diva instead of Brandy, she also has the word love in her name and trust me, she's not lovable to everyone.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/30/2009 at 11:59 PMMy dog Dalila is too hyper to be lovable but she lives with my mom because my aunt won't let me have a dog because she already has 3 dogs.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 7/31/2009 at 12:14 AMOh my gosh sarah, my dog's name is Brandy delilah Love! Wow they have a similar name and they are both wild haha, maybe it's in the name.
my dog lives with my aunt and grandparents, she is really theirs but I lived with them for so many years that she considers me an owner. I am dogsitting for my family while they are in New York. This dog is funny. she isn't used to being at my mom's so she keeps toddling after me everywhere I go, even up and down the stairs!
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/31/2009 at 12:48 AMOur dog Sadie is supposed to be my aunt's dog, but she likes me more and considers me her owner. The only problem is that s3e is very food aggressive. When we adopted her from the pound, they were going to put her down because of the aggression. She is my favorite dog.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 7/31/2009 at 12:56 AMaww I like the name sadie. it's cute for a doggie. i like little dogs, I know they're cheesy but i guess i'm as much a diva as my doggie.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/31/2009 at 1:07 AMMy favorite kinds of dogs are Beagles, Golden Retrievers, Labs, and any kind of little dog. Our dogs' names are Sadie, Tressie, and Sam. Tressie is a black Lab and Sam is a Rotweiler mix and we don't have kny idea of what Sadie is but she is a really big dog.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 7/31/2009 at 1:27 AMMy mom has a little terrier wannabe named cheeko who is a terror and a half. I don't really like him, i like my Brandy cuz she is smaller and easier to hug; however, she is very temperamental and when my little nephew is over i can't have them in the same room.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/31/2009 at 5:53 AMWhy not?
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 7/31/2009 at 6:54 AMBecause she wants to bite him whenever he gets close to me and he is too little to understand that he shouldn't tease her because he will get bitten. He is only two and thinks she's funny and interesting but i'm scared she'll really hurt him. For example, she was laying on my bed and i was across the room with my nephew playing. she is too old to jump from one place to another so she barked like crazy because my nephew and I were hugging and playing. He wanted to grab her and she snapped at him so I had to throw my hand out in front of her face so she wouldn't bite him. since he is little he laughed but I don't take my chances so I don't let them in the same room anymore unless I am holding the baby in my arms.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/31/2009 at 1:14 PMIt sounds like that dog is very protective of you.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 7/31/2009 at 1:57 PMI have the baby again today, it's going very interestingly. He is so hyper. He's only been here half an hour and i'm already exhausted.

Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/31/2009 at 4:58 PMThat sucks, I had the same thing happen to me, someone stole my Tatsu keychain that I got from Magic Mountain in 2006.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 7/31/2009 at 5:20 PMMy best friend is going to buy me a new one off of Ebay because I want one from the concert. he is so sweet.

Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 7/31/2009 at 9:52 PMThat's awesome! I've only been to the boring Brooks and Dunn concert. And that was like 10 years ago.

Posted by Thrill Seeker on 8/5/2009 at 7:49 AMI don't really remember that Brooks And Dunn concert I went to. I actually have been to 2 brokks and dunn concerts and they weren't all that fun.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by odicy on 8/5/2009 at 4:13 PMWho is nick lachie?
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 8/5/2009 at 5:27 PMHe is like an alternative singer. I haven really heard much of his songs.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 8/6/2009 at 6:56 PMNo he's not he's a pop singer who used to be the lead singer for the band 98 degrees and was married to jessica simpson.

Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 8/7/2009 at 1:04 AMI'm jealous. I want to see them.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 8/7/2009 at 2:10 AMYou live in southern cali, concerts are there every day practically. I think i'd rather go to concerts than amusement parks.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 8/7/2009 at 4:38 AMWhy?
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by ROCKSTAR! on 8/7/2009 at 5:33 AMya southern cali has at least a bunch of concerts every night
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by Thrill Seeker on 8/7/2009 at 6:12 AMYeah, but all the good Rap concerts are always at casinos, and I'm not 21, so I can't go to any of them. That is why I love theme parks way more than concerts.
Re:Miss adding subjects
Posted by savvysoulfulmimi on 8/17/2009 at 3:10 AMI would love love love to see Beyonce live. I think she's amazing!
