Landesk System Shut down utility.

Hi!
I was wondering if any of you guys have heard of the landesk system shut down utility. It would say something like count down to shut down and then it will close everything so swift and fast and your computer will shut down in about literally 10 seconds if you don't click cansle right there and then. If you have that, save your documents before it shuts down your computer.

I still have MS Security Essentias. It shut down on me about 3 or 5 times in a row in social studies class on Monday.
