Help i can't turn it off

hi
i just downloaded NVDA last night to try it out my only problem is i can't turn it off any ideas? I'd be most appreciative

If you wanna turn off NVDA, do insert Q. It'll ask if your sure you wanna turn it off. Click yes and it plays a little shut down sound
