By the way, has anybody else had problems with the apex freezing up? For $7000 you'd think it wouldn't do that so much.

Neuron, how ofton does that BrailleNote Apex freeze up? If it freezes up as much as the MPower, what a waste.

Try upgrading to the latest Keysoft 9.1 if not done so already.
Or, try deleting things off the BrailleNote Apex that you no longer need. Free up space.

How is everyone doing?

I guess every once in a while it would, but usually the only time it would freeze (or slow wayyy down is when I did too much off of the internet. I've only had it for a little while so there's really nothing on it. Before I had the update it was freezing once or twice a day, now it's more like once a week. Luckilly I havn't lost any documents yet. By the way bcq, I was watercat when you were here a long while ago, welcome back. There seems to be a lot less drama at this point in time.

There was one time where I turn my Apex on and it plays the Keysoft startup chime when I didn't even reset it.
