Room Rates

$149 plus single/double (includes resort amenities such as fitness center, pool, beach, and self parking)

Set Up/Dismantle:

Set up from 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 3rd.
Dismantle the next day, after 4:30 p.m.

Exhibit Space

1 skirted 6' x 30" table with two side chairs. Electricity provided upon request. Free Internet access.

Security

Overnight security is provided (locked room).

Exhibit Hours

10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Thursday, May 3rd and 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Friday, May 4th.

Conference Registration:

Free for up to two exhibitors per table for attending sessions. Exhibitors are also welcome to attend the Access Awards Ceremony after exhibits close on Friday.

Exhibit Fee

$700 for the first table. Additional tables are $500 each.

Deadline

April 13, 2012. First-come, first-serve policy.
