The Journal of Visual Impairment & Blindness (JVIB), in its various incarnations,
has been in continuous publication since 1907. Because we wanted to make it easier
for readers to access the seminal articles that continue to remain important for
the field of visual impairment and blindness, we created the JVIB Classics
The articles included in this archive, all of which were published prior to 2000,
were hand-selected by scholars in the field of visual impairment and blindness based
on their usefulness to readers. Suggestions for additions to this collection are
welcome and can be sent to email@example.com.
