Description of Visual Activities for Babies from Birth to 6 Weeks of Age
Chapter 4 provides activities designed to encourage the use of vision in a child during his or her first six weeks of life. These include activities that simulate and encourage the use of the baby's eye muscles in a coordinated fashion; encourage the baby to follow a moving target such as a person, object, or light source; encourage the baby to see objects and people at a distance; and encourage the baby's ability to concentrate on a specific object or person.
