Description of The Development of Infants Who Are Deaf-Blind: A Case Study

Abstract: It is usually assumed that the development of infants who are deaf-blind follows an observable “normal” sequence, although progress may be slow and uneven. However, the means by which these infants learn new skills and concepts is not well understood. This article uses a case study of one such infant to address these issues and the factors that affected the method used to study them.
