Re:BLIND RIGHT EYE SINCE AGE 6 ACCIDENT

I lost my left eye 38 years ago and was a toolmaker all that time. If you don't know what a toolmaker is just let me say I have machined steel to .0001 of an inch. I never said anything about my sight in an interview. I just let it come out after some one threw something at me and just replied don't do that again because I don't see it coming at me. It is not a disability is just a short fall.

Well if it doesn't affect your job performance I don't see why your employer should have a problem with it but you may want to be honest and tell him or her. they might want to know but like I said, if it doesn't affect your job performance it is really up to you.
