Expanding possibilities for people with vision loss

Financial Help

My sister-in-law has been diagnosed with vhl a genetic disease that has caused blindness. She has completey lost her right eye and has very limited vision in the left. She cannot work, drive, read. She is able to live by herself for now. She is single, no children. She is getting a little over $600 a month. She was getting some disability from work but they said they paid her too much so they make her pay most of that back. Because of a foul up in paper work, her food stamps and medicaid was but off. She is on medication she cannot buy. Where do you go for help? Right now my husband and I are helping but we have about all we can handle. Help??
