I WANT KNOW IF YOU CAN BECOME AN OPTOMETRIST WITH ONE EYE PARTIALLY BLIND,VISUAL ACUITY OF6/60 ON THE WORSE EYE AND OTHER EYE IS 6/5 ACUITY AND IF YOU CAN GET. A LICENSE

Posted by packersmomma on 8/14/2005 at 1:00 AMI have had surgery to remove a brain tumor and it has left me completely blind in one eye and i have no peripheal vision in the other, i cant drive because of it, but everyone that i have contacted told me that im not eligible for a seeing eye dog, why is this and who can i contact in the state of iowa to see about this. thank you. sincerely, susan russell
