Assistive Technology Recomendations

I'm looking for any suggestions especially devices using OCR software. I'm going to start a masters program in French with a teaching assistantship. I know technology has changed rapidly. I just want to know what is out there especially anything that could make reading easier because I will be grading a lot of homework/tests/papers. I have albinism. My vision is around 20/200 and 20/250 and I have nystagmus, strabismus, and photophobia. I use large print and audio (mostly a dual media user) and I am obsessed with Apple's accessibility options like zoom and VoiceOver. TIA!
