Symantec (Norton) wont accept my emails and attachments

I have problems with Norton 360 that have to do with my old eyes and I wanted to show them what i see on my screen by sending them screenshots that compare what they send with what my eyes need.

No way. Cant be done. None of my problems fit the queastions they ask to send the problems to the right department.

I finally got in by lying and got to chat and remote help, but the helper paid no attention to my current needs. I filled out a survey to explain my woes and later got a phone call and I told the caller that I had given up on the system and would deal with them only by email. She gave me a web address (not an email address) and I went to the email place and it turned out to be just another system that asked questions not relevant to my problems.

It looks as if accessibility is not important to them. I have prepared a Notepad list, Norton Problems and four screenshots that illustrate my problems, but they have no way of receiving them. I have even suggested sending them to somenbodys home address. No takers.

They seem to do a pretty good job, but by jimminy they do offend, big time. Will I re-up? Unlikely.

Back in 2004 I worked on a computer for a person which had Norton installed on it. It did not let ANYTHING run on it (even the screen magnifier which I was trying to use).

I never recommend Norton, and I will probably never use it.

I have a lot of good freeware antivirus/firewall/spyware removal tools that do a great job. If you are ever interested, please let me know. I would be more than glad to help where and how I can.
