A high contrast keyboard can also be enabled with four different color options ranging from yellow on black, to white on blue.

Button shapes can also be shown to make them stand out more clearly. Negative colors can be enabled to help with contrast and some forms of color blindness. Color adjustment can also be applied to the screen, and options are provided for changing the screen to display in grayscale and pre-sets for varying types of color blindness including protanopia, deuteranopia, tritanopia. A color lens can also be applied resulting in a filter of a single color changing the appearance of everything on screen. A wide range of pre-set colors ranging from blue to green, red, and between are provided.

Screen animations can be disabled for those who are sensitive to animation or screen movement. The magnifier window can be enabled and provides a floating window that magnifies the content underneath. Use two fingers to move the window around and a pinch gesture to zoom in and out.

Whole screen magnification is also available and can be quickly enabled with a triple tap on the screen. Once zoomed in, you can navigate by swiping with two fingerers or adjusting zoom with a pinch gesture. Font size, font style, and boldness are available to change to suit the user’s needs.

The side could be increased to a large size without requiring the screen magnifier and different styles can be used to suit the user's preference. Screen zoom is also available and makes elements on the screen larger or smaller to suit the user's desire.

Hearing enhancements. The Galaxy Fold provides hearing enhancements for anyone who has deafness or hard of hearing, mute, or who has a speech impairment. The Galaxy Fold supports realtime text that allows for text to be sent and displayed in realtime during a phone call. TTY or text telephones are also supported with an external keyboard. Sound detectors give a vibration notification when certain sounds such as a crying baby or the doorbell are detected. You can also mute all sounds on the device which is useful for anyone who is deaf and wouldn't be unaware of sounds or notifications.

Hearing aid support can be enabled to better provide sound quality when they are in use. Sound balance can be adjusted for users with hearing impairments in one ear or with differing levels of impairment. Mono audio integrates the stereo channels into one to provide listen to audio in one ear. Samsung subtitles or closed captioning is available for videos and audio playback. Supported content will show text subtitles to display spoken words, lyrics and other audio keys. Flash notifications allow the screen or camera to flash when a notification has been received or an alarm is currently sounding.

Interaction and dexterity. The interaction and dexterity enhancements are designed for users with physical and motor skill impairments or limitations. These features are designed to make the Galaxy Fold easier by replacing or enhancing touch interactions. A universal switch lets you designate certain touches or gestures to control specific actions on your phone. You can set a single switch or have multiple switches including a Bluetooth hardware device, front camera, or touch screen.

The assistant menu is designed for individuals with control and other physical impairments. By using the assistant menu. You can access hardware buttons in all parts of the screen by simply tapping or swiping. Tap duration can be adjusted so that screen touches must be held longer for a control to activate and prevent accidental activation. For those with tremors or shaky hands, you have the ability to adjust tap timing to ignore quickly repeated touches.

Taking a screenshot. To take a screenshot on the Galaxy Fold press and hold the volume down and power button simultaneously. After the shutter sound, the screenshot can quickly be shared or edited. In the advanced settings, you can enable direct access short shuts where voice assistant, screen magnification, and other accessibility tools can be activated using the volume up and power button keys, or both the volume up and volume down keys simultaneously.
