04/01/2020Update: We are overwhelmed and grateful for the community's response. We are now at capacity for today's webinar "Remote Instruction and Services for Blind and Low Vision Participants," but we'll be making the archived webinar available soon after the event. Stay tuned for more!
Like so many other organizations, AFB is moving its events online to protect our community as the world battles the COVID-19 pandemic. We’re beginning with key sessions from the 2020 AFB Leadership Conference, which will now be hosted as a mini virtual event.
We’re so grateful to Dr. Rachael Sessler Trinkowsky for providing the first virtual session, sharing her expertise on providing remote instruction to students who are blind or low vision—a critical topic now that so many schools and organizations are moving their classes online.
We miss our AFBLC community, and we look forward to connecting online at the Virtual AFB Leadership Conference. Nothing can replace being with all of you in person, but we’re in this together and we’re making the best of it.
