Join the American Foundation for the Blind (AFB) for the New York premiere of Possibilities, AFB’s award-winning documentary celebrating the legacy of Helen Keller through the shared stories of 21st-century voices.
Held on Helen Keller’s 146th birthday at Carnegie Hall’s Zankel Hall, this special screening will celebrate the power of storytelling, accessibility, and human potential. Possibilities is the first full-length documentary film produced with open audio description for all audiences.
Following the screening, guests are invited to stay for a live panel discussion featuring director Bill Sarine and participants from the documentary, who will share insights into the making of the film and the stories that inspired it.
